This property offers assigned parking. You can add parking to your reservation before you move-in and during your stay. The property receives all uploaded documents and will finalize your parking before you move in.

This property doesn't allow pets.

Members can submit maintenance requests to Landing through our app, and we coordinate with the property to address the issue and keep you up to date on the progress. Properties typically respond to maintenance requests within 24-72 hours.

No, part of being a Landing member means never putting down a security deposit for a home.

While Landing provides insurance for our furnishings, if you require additional coverage for personal belongings, Landing recommends a personal liability renter's insurance policy for members and additional occupants of at least $100,000.

If it's less than 24 hours since you made the reservation, call the member experience team and we'll issue a full refund. New members will also receive a refund of their membership.

If a reservation is canceled more than 30 days before move-in, we'll issue a refund of the reservation cost. Membership is nonrefundable.

For cancellations that are less than 30 days from move-in, you are required to pay a fee that is equal to a 30-day reservation. Reservations that are less than 90 days in length canceled at this point are non-refundable.

We understand you may need to leave the network during a reservation, and we'd be sad to see you go! Leaving the network requires a 30-day notice regardless of the length of your stay. Reservations paid for in full are not eligible for a refund.
