Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. After this free period, we will refund you for everything except for membership or service fees as long as you cancel more than 30 days in advance of check-in. Cancellations 30 days or less from your check-in date are non-refundable. Stays that are 7 days or less are eligible for a refund up to 24 hours before check-in.

Is maintenance provided onsite?

Members can submit maintenance requests to Landing through our app, and we coordinate with the property to address the issue and keep you up to date on the progress. Properties typically respond to maintenance requests within 24-72 hours.

Do you require a security deposit?

No, part of being a Landing member means never putting down a security deposit for a home.

Do I need my own renter's insurance?

While Landing provides insurance for our furnishings, if you require additional coverage for personal belongings, Landing recommends a personal liability renter's insurance policy for members and additional occupants of at least $100,000.

What if I need to check-out of the Landing network?

We understand you may need to leave the network during a reservation, and we'd be sad to see you go! Leaving the network requires a 30-day notice regardless of the length of your stay. Reservations paid for in full are not eligible for a refund.
