Downtown – Downtown Memphis is where everything happens. Located along the banks of the Mississippi River and stretching into the center of the city, Downtown is a nightlife and entertainment hub. Southaven, MS – Although Southaven is located just across the border in Mississippi, it is technically part of the Memphis metro area, which is why we’re including it on this list. Midtown – While it share some similarities to Downtown Memphis, Midtown has a bit more culture. Along with its exciting nightlife, the district also offers exciting venues like Overton Square, Playhouse on the Square, and a number of exciting live music venues.
Cordova – Cordova is located outside of the city just north of Germantown and is considered a prized suburb of Memphis. Known for its beautiful houses, it’s exciting retail district, and its close proximity to Germantown, Cordova is a wonderful place to settle down and purchase a home.
