Search, compare, and price fully furnished apartments in plain language. Results show up as interactive cards, maps, and payment schedules right in the conversation.
Landing isn’t in the ChatGPT app directory yet, so for now you add it yourself in developer mode. It takes about a minute, and no Landing account is needed to search.
In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
Go to chatgpt.com/plugins and select the + button. Name it Landing, add a short description, and under Connection enter https://www.hellolanding.com/mcp/openai. Landing needs no sign-in: if asked about authentication, choose No authentication. Then create it.
Start a new conversation, open the + menu, choose Developer mode, and select Landing. Then ask about apartments in plain language.
Developer mode is available on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Education plans, on the web. On a workspace plan, your admin may need to allow it.

Four kinds of results render as interactive widgets inside the conversation. When you pick an apartment, its booking link opens that apartment on hellolanding.com with your dates filled in, and you reserve there.
Matching apartments as cards with photos and prices, alongside a map of where they are.
One apartment up close: photos, amenities, availability, and pricing for your dates.
Two to four apartments lined up on price, size, amenities, ratings, and availability.
What you pay and when for a given stay: the first month, each month after, and the total.
Every tool Landing's server exposes to ChatGPT and what it does — generated from the live server, so it can't drift. A Read-only tool only fetches; Action means it changes something on Landing's side. Prices are all-in (fees included, taxes excluded); dates are ISO 8601. These descriptions are shared with Landing's main MCP server; in ChatGPT, booking links always open the apartment's page on Landing. Parameter schemas and example payloads are in the machine-readable catalog at /api/public/tools.
List every Landing market currently accepting bookings, and — nested under each — its display cities (the specific, neighborhood-level places the website is organized around).
Returns all available filter options for a given market — its display cities, bedroom counts, amenities, price range, bathroom options, neighborhoods, and sort orders.
Search Landing's published furnished apartments by location.
Search Landing's published furnished apartments in a given market and render the results as an interactive map (pins), not a card grid.
Search Landing's published furnished apartments by location, returning results grouped by BUILDING (property) instead of individual units — photos, rating, bedroom-pill pricing, availability, and distance from a pinned point for each building.
Fetch a single Landing apartment by its slug — property details, amenities, photos, flex pricing, the full availability calendar, and a pre-filled reservation_link so the agent doesn't have to probe dates or assemble booking URLs by hand (get_apartment already returns the full calendar).
Full, date-agnostic availability OVERVIEW of a whole display city or market: every matching apartment together with its booking ranges (the SAME availability ranges the website's property page uses) and minimum-stay rules.
Return the flex (open-ended) commitment tiers a given apartment accepts, so the agent doesn't suggest a committed_nights value the apartment will reject.
Real, date-specific anonymous quote for an apartment. Mirrors what an unauthenticated visitor sees in checkout: monthly rent after seasonal adjustments and length-of-stay discounts, the first-month charge, ongoing monthly cost, and an estimated total.
Save the guest's interest in an apartment so Landing can follow up, then return a direct checkout link for them to complete the booking.
Side-by-side comparison of 2-4 Landing apartments — price, size, amenities, ratings, and availability in one call, instead of stitching together multiple get_apartment calls yourself.
Market context for a Landing market: average monthly rent by bedroom count, total searchable inventory, and the neighborhoods with the most availability — useful for cross-market comparisons ("is Austin or Dallas cheaper for a 1BR?") without paging through search_apartments.
Grounded, conservative answers to the most common Landing policy questions (deposits, pets, parking, cancellation, qualification, Landing Flex, utilities, move-in). Use this instead of guessing at policy specifics — where an exact number (deposit amount, cancellation window) depends on the apartment/market/reservation, the answer says so explicitly and points to get_quote, checkout, or Landing support rather than inventing a figure.
Not yet. Until it is, connect it as a developer-mode app with the three steps above.
Developer mode is available on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Education plans, on the web. On a workspace plan, your admin may need to allow it.
No. You can search apartments, check availability, and see prices without signing in. An account is only needed when you reserve on Landing.
Not inside the chat. When you’ve found an apartment, ChatGPT gives you a link that opens it on hellolanding.com with your dates filled in, and you reserve there. ChatGPT never handles payment details.
Yes. Availability and pricing come straight from Landing in real time, so results reflect what’s actually bookable when you ask.
Same tools, same live data. The ChatGPT endpoint is the one set up for ChatGPT: results render as interactive widgets, and booking links open the apartment on Landing. For Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients, see the main MCP page.
Yes: 60 requests a minute and 1,000 an hour per IP address, shared with Landing’s other MCP endpoint. Past that, requests get an HTTP 429 back. For high-volume or commercial access, talk to the Landing team.
Connect Landing once, then ask for an apartment in one sentence.
