Stays ≤ 7 nights	Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a refund.
Stays 8–29 nights	Cancel 30+ days before check-in for a refund; non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of check-in.
Stays 30+ nights	Cancel 30+ days before check-in for a refund. Cancellations within 30 days require a one-month early termination fee.
