Stays less than 7 nights	Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a refund.
Stays 7 to 29 nights	Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a refund.
Stays 30+ nights	Cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a refund. Cancellations within 30 days will be refunded for all except 14 nights.

Membership and service fees are non-refundable 24 hours after booking.
