We allow payment with credit card or a linked bank account. If your organization would like to pay with wire or check, further approval is required.
Yes, each occupant will go through a background check. Income verification or credit checks are not required for corporate occupants.
A Flex stay allows you to leave your reservation open-ended until you set a check-out date. Corporate accounts are given a 1, 3, or 6 month commitment option. When you're ready to check out, select your check-out date at least 14 days before you plan to leave. Commitments that are not fulfilled are subject to an early termination fee equal to 1 month of rent.
