What happens if I decide to move out before the end of my 12-Month Flex stay?

There is an early termination fee of 2 months' rent if you leave the Landing network before the end of your 1-year stay.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

No, part of being a Landing member means you never pay security deposits or application fees.

Do you run a credit or background check?

Yes, Landing runs a background check and credit reporting services through TransUnion. While Landing's background checks do not affect your credit score, some property partners require a deeper screening that could affect your score. For all reservations in the states of CA and NY we require income and employment verification.
