Reservations canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. After this free period, we will refund you for everything except for membership or service fees as long as you cancel more than 30 days in advance of check-in. Cancellations 30 days or less from your check-in date are non-refundable. Stays that are 7 days or less are eligible for a refund up to 24 hours before check-in.
We may move your reservation to another unit of the same type in the building. While your unit number may change, the layout will remain the same.
