Reservations canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. After this free period, you are subject to a fee equal to 1 month's rent.

Do I need my own renter's insurance?

While Landing provides insurance for our furnishings, if you require additional coverage for personal belongings, Landing recommends a personal liability renter's insurance policy for members and additional occupants of at least $100,000.

What if I need to check-out of the Landing network?

We understand you may need to leave the network during a reservation, and we'd be sad to see you go! Leaving the network requires a 30-day notice regardless of the length of your stay. Reservations paid for in full are not eligible for a refund.
