We’re still early in the extended stay space. Now’s the perfect time to jump on the wave before the market gets saturated (much like STRs on Airbnb).

Blackstone is also investing heavily in the extended stay industry. It’s clear where the institutional money is going. The window is still open to reap the early mover advantages.
