Why do you need my company's W9?

We use your W9 to verify your company’s credit and establish payment terms for your reservations.

What are the different payment options?

Depending on your company’s profile, you’ll be offered a few ways to pay for your corporate reservations. We allow payment by credit card, check, ACH transfer, and wire transfer.

How do occupants pick up the keys?

Occupants will pick up their keys when they arrive on move-in day. If they’re meeting one of our Area General Managers on-site, they’ll personally give them the keys. Occupants moving in themselves will see instructions in the app on where to pick up keys and access items.

Who do I reach out to if I need maintenance help during a stay?

You can submit help requests in the app. Our Area General Manager will speak with you directly to help solve your issue.

What is the verification process?

Once you upload your company’s W9, our team will review it within 48 hours and email you our decision. You can begin booking reservations after approval.

Do occupants need to complete a background check?

Yes, each occupant will go through a background check to ensure no criminal history. There are no credit checks or income verification required for corporate occupants.

How long is the minimum stay?

Stays start at 30 days.
