The Landing app has everything you need for your reservation. Make sure to download it for check-in instructions, maintenance requests, and parking information.

Vehicle Information

Make sure you provide all vehicle information before you move in. We send this information to the property to prevent towing of unregistered vehicles. You can add this in the Landing app or on the website in your account portal.

Pet friendly apartments

Pet Info

Before you move in, please make sure to submit the breed, weight, vaccination records and photo of your pet.

Additional Occupants

All occupants over the age of 18 must complete a background check and have identification on file prior to you moving in.

Home Cleanings

Cleaning costs start at $90 and increase based on the square footage of your home. Scheduling cleanings can be done easily through the Landing app.

Maintenance Requests

Easily manage any maintenance requests through the Landing Homes app.

    Yes! We set up all your utilities in advance, so you’re up and running on day one.

    Available check-in times will be visible in the Landing app. You can make changes up to 5 days before check in.

    You can submit your parking, pets, and additional occupant information in the Landing app or on the member portal here.

    Of course! Bring whatever you’d like, just make sure to take it all with you when you move out.
