If it's less than 24 hours since you've made the reservation then no problem! Just reach out to us and we'll be happy to help and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, after 24 hours from the reservation, you will have to pay a cancellation fee equal to the Monthly Occupancy Fee payable for thirty days, but we can still help you get your reservation cancelled. When we set up your home we'll ask you for a cleaning frequency and set it up for you. And if you need additional, one-off cleanings you can set those up as well by contacting us at [email protected]
We welcome dogs and cats as long as the property you're staying at does too! Reach out to us and we'll share the pet information for your next home! Get in touch
Landing members are eligible for stay in a vacant furnished Landing for 7 night per active year of membership. The minimum length of stay is 2 nights, please contact [email protected] for additional details & availability.
