At checkout you will be charged your Landing membership fee and depending on length of stay and how soon you plan to move you may be charged the first month's rent or the full amount (for short term stays) up front. In the event that you do not complete and pass Landing's verification process, all fees will be refunded within 14 days.
If it's less than 24 hours since you've made the reservation then no problem! Just reach out to us and we'll be happy to help and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, after 24 hours from the reservation, you will have to pay a cancellation fee equal to the Monthly Occupancy Fee payable for thirty days, but we can still help you get your reservation cancelled. For furnished apartments, when we set up your home we'll ask you for a cleaning frequency and set it up for you. And if you need additional, one-off cleanings you can set those up as well by contacting us at [email protected]

Landing members are eligible to stay in a vacant furnished Landing for up to 7 nights per active year of membership. The minimum length of stay is 2 nights and members are required to pay a move-out cleaning fee. Please contact [email protected] for additional details & availability.
