Once you've joined Landing you can easily move between our homes as long as you continue to qualify, but there will never be any additional application fees. Reach out at [email protected] if you're looking to switch homes.
Stays start at 30 days and go up from there. Rates vary by the duration of your stay.
In most cases, Landing doesn't require you to sign a direct lease with a property, because we're the corporate leaseholder and you're subletting from us. However, you may have to sign a direct lease in one of two scenarios:
In both cases, in order to secure the unit you've requested, we'll provide you a 12 month direct lease from the property with special terms indicating that Landing will effectively take over your lease upon early departure. This way, you still enjoy flexible living with the ability to move out or transfer within our network with as little as two weeks notice.
Members may be required to pay any pet, parking or other amenity fees charged by the building (these will be assessed & communicated before lease signature).
Yes! You can request virtual tours on our website.
Rather than build new units or buildings, Landing partners with local property developers and managers in each market to secure existing apartments and transform them into Landings.
Yes! Landing runs a background check through CoreLogic. Note, while Landing's background checks do not affect your credit score, some property partners require a deeper screening that could affect your score.
At checkout you will be charged your Landing membership fee and depending on length of stay and how soon you plan to move you may be charged the first month's rent or the full amount (for short term stays) up front. In the event that you do not complete and pass Landing's verification process, all fees will be refunded within 14 days.
Landing reservations are set up with internet and utilities prior to your move in.
If it's less than 24 hours since you've made the reservation then no problem! Just reach out to us and we'll be happy to help and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, after 24 hours from the reservation, you will have to pay a cancellation fee equal to the Monthly Occupancy Fee payable for thirty days, but we can still help you get your reservation cancelled. Some cities charge a lodging tax depending on the length of your stay.
Our policy is up to two people per bedroom, however each city has different laws.
Landing does not allow additional beds to be moved into your home.
We strive to have everything you'd need to live fully. We ask that you don't bring in any large furniture pieces to your home.
For furnished apartments, when we set up your home we'll ask you for a cleaning frequency and set it up for you. And if you need additional, one-off cleanings you can set those up as well by contacting us at [email protected]
Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our community.
The amenities available vary by building, but we include access to all amenities in the rent, so you're free to use whatever the building provides!
We welcome dogs and cats as long as the property you're staying at does too! Reach out to us and we'll share the pet information for your next home! Get in touch
It varies by the building, but we don't include paid parking spaces in your rent since not everyone needs them.
Yes! The majority of our complexes are entirely smoke-free as well.
No, our properties can't be rented out by members.
Landing members are eligible to stay in a vacant furnished Landing for 7 nights per year of active membership. The minimum length of stay is 2 nights and members are required to pay a move-out cleaning fee. Please contact [email protected] for additional details & availability.
Almost all of our property partners offer full window coverings (i.e. blinds, curtains), but a select few have limitations - it's possible the window has a unique shape or is difficult to cover due to its size. If the rare situation does arise where window coverings aren't available, Landing will work with you and the property to try to come up with a solution.
