How does Landing work?

Pick an apartment - Find a home you're interested in from our network of apartments.

Apply - We'll run a background and credit check.

Pack up the necessities - Personal effects, special toiletries (we have the basics- shampoo, soap, etc.), and that picture of grandma.

Show up at your new home and start living!

What cities is Landing in?

Can I go from one Landing home to the next?

Once you've joined Landing you can easily move between our homes - no additional applications necessary! Reach out at care@hellolanding.com if you're looking to switch homes.

How short or long can I stay?

As long as you like! Rates vary by the duration of your stay, though.

Can I tour a home before booking it?

Yes! Contact us and we'll schedule a showing.

Do you offer a long-term discount?

Yes! Our pricing rates are as follows:

30 days and under: full nightly rate.

31-90 days: nightly rate discounted by 20%.

91+ days: monthly rate.

Do you run a background and credit check?

Yes!

Will I be charged immediately?

We will not reserve your home until you've paid the first month's rent.

Do I need to set up utilities?

Nope! We've got everything up and running before you move in.

What if I need to change my dates or cancel my reservation?

If it's more than 30 days before your reservation starts then no problem! Just reach out to us and we'll be happy to help and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, within 30 days, we will not be able to refund the first month's prorated you paid to secure your reservation, but we can still help you get your reservation cancelled. Contact Us

Why am I seeing lodging taxes?

Some cities charge a lodging tax depending on the length of your stay.

How do I check in and check out of my home?

We'll send someone to meet you on move in day and show you to your new home. We'll also send an email with any information you might need to park, access the building, etc. On your way out, you just leave any fobs, etc. on the kitchen counter. There's no formal check out, just give us a 30 days notice when you want to leave.

How many people can live with me?

Our policy is up to two people per bedroom, however each city has different laws.

Can I request extra beds?

Landing does not allow additional beds to be moved into your home.

Can I bring my own furniture?

We strive to have everything you'd need to live fully. We ask that you don't bring in any large furniture pieces to your home.

What's the cleaning policy?

When we set up your home we'll ask you for a cleaning frequency and set it up for you. And if you need additional, one-off cleanings you can set those up as well by contacting us at care@hellolanding.com.

What building amenities are included?

The amenities available vary by building, but we include access to all amenities in the rent, so you're free to use whatever the building provides!

What's your pet policy?

We welcome cats as long as the property you're staying at does too! Reach out to us and we'll share the pet information for your next home! Get in touch

Is parking included?

It varies by the building, but we don't include paid parking spaces in your rent since not everyone needs them.

Smoke-free huh?

Yes! The majority of our complexes are entirely smoke-free as well.

Can I rent my home out on Airbnb?

No, our properties can't be rented out by members.
