How do occupants check-in?
Occupants will find check-in instructions in the Landing app. If they’re meeting one of our team members on-site, they’ll personally give them the keys. If they’re using self check-in, they will see detailed instructions in the app on where to pick up keys or how to use the smart lock system.

Why do you need my company's W9?
We use your W9 to verify your company’s credit and establish payment terms for your reservations.
What are the different payment options?
Depending on your company’s profile, you’ll be offered a few ways to pay for your corporate reservations. We allow payment by credit card, check, ACH transfer, and wire transfer.
Do occupants need to complete a background check?
Yes, each occupant will go through a background check to ensure no criminal history. There are no credit checks or income verification required for corporate occupants.
Who do I reach out to if I need maintenance help during a stay?
You can submit help requests in the app. The local Landing area manager will speak with you directly to help solve your issue.
What is the verification process?
Once you upload your company’s W9, our team will review it within 48 hours and email you our decision. You can begin booking reservations after approval.
How long is the minimum stay?
Stays start at 30 days.
