Meet Our Members: Why Karine Stengel Thinks She’ll Stay a While in Her Miami Landing

Hi! My name is Karine Stengel, and I’ve been a Landing member for one year. I have lived in Miami for the past 15 years, but I am now living in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom Landing at Ludlam Point in Miami.

I’m originally from France, but I’ve been living in the U.S. for all my adult life. I am in the wine business, and I’m able to work out of an office space in my apartment upstairs. When I’m not working, my hobbies include running, playing tennis, seeing my friends, going to the beach, and enjoying beautiful Miami.

I became a Landing member because I was looking for an apartment with a lot of flexibility—and I wanted something pretty! Landing checked all the boxes for me, and the process of becoming a member was really easy. Landing has definitely improved my life! 

While Landing does let you transfer your apartment to other cities, I think I’m going to stay here for a while. Maybe I’ll use Landing for my next vacation! It will be a surprise.
