Located just north of Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach is a great city if you never want to be bored. With fantastic beaches, shopping, boating, fishing, and even dive sights along the offshore coral reef, there’s plenty in Pompano Beach to keep you busy.

Thinking about moving to Pompano Beach, FL? Here’s our guide to the best restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, outdoor attractions, gyms, nightlife, and transportation in the neighborhood.

Where to go out to eat in Pompano Beach, FL

Oceanfront dining is the name of the game in Pompano Beach. Enjoy a beautiful view of the water and palm trees at the Seaside Grill, a beachside tiki bar with various sandwiches, salads, and bar bites to enjoy. You’ll also love indulging in the seafood at Beach House, an upscale restaurant with gorgeous beachfront views.

You can even watch the sunset from The Rusty Hook Tavern, which serves modern Mediterranean cuisine (and makes a mean cocktail!). We recommend trying the Blackened Unicorn Fish Fillet!

For a more casual dining experience, stop by Lucky Fish, which has an amazing breakfast menu (including Lucky’s Hangover Hash!), along with bar bites and their “Flip Flop Cocktails.” We can’t say to a Vodka Lemonade!
